Lal Qilla Green Tea
Lal Qilla Indian Premium Green Tea is procured from the tea gardens of Assam.
Mode of Cooking
KAHWA: This is the traditional way of making Lal Qilla Green Tea. Brew a heap tea spoon of Green Tea in boiling hot water for few minutes. Add sugar and powdered cardamom and crushed almonds as per taste. A few leaves of saffron will add to the delight.
PINK TEA: Put a heaped tea spoon of Lal Qilla Green Tea in three cups of cold water. Boil for 7 to 8 mins. Take it away from the fire and cool it by shifting from one pan to another from some height. By repeating this process for a couple of minutes the color of the liqueur will become red. Put it again on fire and add milk, sugar and crushed cardamom to it. It will become pink tea.
